Who Is Eligible

You may qualify for a home improvement loan if:

You are buying your home or own it free and clear. You must also occupy the house that will be improved or one of the units if the property has two to four apartments.

Your gross annual household income from all adult household members is under $60,700 (or $69,800 in certain cities).

Your home is at least 20 years old or the improvements are related to energy efficiency, accessible to people with disabilities, declared natural disaster,
or health and safety repairs.
